To support the Commercial and Marketing departments with the completion of tendering activities for commercial opportunities to generate income and profit as outlined in the NTH Solutions business plan.,

Support the Commercial Team in their design and delivery of strategic objectives.

Submission of high quality bids resulting in feedback consistent with a high scoring qualitative responses.

Understanding of prospective client landscapes and identification of upcoming contract end dates with proactive planning for release of tender opportunities to enable client engagement.

Design and implementation of quality control systems and standards verification protocols, identifying and resolving issues quickly via appropriate training or formal channels.

Development and delivery of ongoing training pertinent to Tender Content and Bid Management and other areas appropriate to the Commercial team.

Help to develop and maintain systems for all tendering activities.

Represent NTH Solutions and Trust staff for public facing activities and events, ensuring the best possible representation of the NTH Solutions and Trust brands.

Initiate new ideas and methods - encouraging colleagues to innovate and contribute to the development of the NTH Solutions services.
