Robust experience of working in an equivalent Recruiter/Resourcing delivery role in a corporate company, including administration and coordination support.

Experience in recruiting at all levels which will include search & selection, and ideally with LinkedIn Recruiter advanced level experience

Vast experience in candidate and stakeholder management and partnering, holding strong negotiation and consulting skills

Confident with strong decision-making skills and able to take control with the ability to work well in a demanding, sometimes highly technical environment

Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast moving and changing environment
