Full Job Description

This role is fixed term due to grant funding until March 2025.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ReFRESH team as a Targeted Practitioner providing Early Intervention support for young people.
Within this role you will provide group drug, alcohol, and vaping education sessions to young people in schools, colleges, youth settings etc. You will also hold a case load of young people who are vulnerable to substance misuse or impacted by parent/carer or family drug/alcohol use, facilitating interventions to reduce risk and build resilience building.
The service delivers a variety of early help support and you will be working alongside the ReFRESH Treatment team and other 11-19's services to ensure the most appropriate support is offered to young people.
You will consult with other CYPFS professionals such as Social Workers, Youth Justice Practitioners and Education Staff on a regular basis and be committed to multi-agency working and safeguarding children and young people.
