Yardman / Trade Counter Sales / Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment., Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong ability to upsell and sell products effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus

Organizational Skills:
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
- Ability to maintain an organized sales counter area,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)


• customer service: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:
