Workshop Foreman / woman (Working)

Work alongside the 2 company owners, having weekly/daily plans on jobs and workflow.
- Manage online cloud work schedules,
- Inspect work progress, and organise products ready for deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with team members
-Alongside doing all the above, you would be required to still your own jobs/projects you will be working on.

We are seeking a skilled working foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and managing teams in a workshop environment. The candidate should be able to successfully manage fast paced projects to programme, Proven experience as an independent working foreman or ready for the step up.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Bench joinery- Panel production, shop fits & General Bench joinery
