    Oceantec Marine Limited is a family owned, Precision Engineering Company based in Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham. We specialise in the design and manufacture of pressure related components for the Oil & Gas Industry.

    Due to an increase in production, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Workshop/Factory Assistant to join our well-established Team on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This role would suit someone with a background within an Engineering environment.

    Job Overview:

    In this role you would be required to carry out the following duties:

    · Carry out inspection of machined components

    · Setting and operating of CNC Engraver and Laser Etcher

    · Book in Raw Material, Components & Consumables

    · Maintain Raw Material Storage Racks in an orderly fashion

    · Identify Raw Material using our Unique ID coding

    · Receive goods inwards and process with the QC Inspector

    · Assemble, pack and despatch machined components to our clients

    · Work to within the company's internal Quality and Health and Safety standards, Salary is negotiable depending on prior experience. Overtime is available as and when required

    Salary: £13.00-£14.50 per hour (Depending on Age and Experience)
