Welder and Metal Fabricator - Full Time

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic & positive person to join our welding and fabrication team.

You must have experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication to agreed high standards, following basic engineering drawings in various materials

Use of MIG welding equipment and techniques (you will be tested on this during your interview). With TIG there is the opportunity to learn and train within our team.

As well as welding skills you will need to have a good eye for detail and be able to adapt and promote good health and safety standards, work independently and as part of a small team.

This will be a very varied job, you must be competent with tools and machinery, as well as welding. You must be willing to learn and develop new skills at a fast pace.

The use of manual Lathe and Milling machines, press brakes and other older traditional methods are still used here. You will be trained where necessary.

40 hours per week (full time 07:30am start, with a half day on Fridays)

Company location - Barton Hill Way, Torquay

£14.00 - £16.00 / hour - negotiable depending on your skills, overtime is also available during busy periods., Competitive salary.
