- Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, working with various materials such as sheet metal. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in assembling and fabricating components using power tools and hand tools. Responsibilities: - Assemble and fabricate metal components using welding techniques - Utilize stick welding methods to join metal parts - Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for fabrication tasks - Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to interpret blueprints and schematics - Perform welding tasks on sheet metal with precision - Conduct basic mathematical calculations for measurements and layouts Qualifications: - Proven experience in welding and fabrication - Proficiency in stick welding techniques - Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for metalwork - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Mechanical aptitude
- MIG welding: 4 years (preferred)
- Fabrication: 4 years (preferred)
