Full Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Website Executive to spearhead our SEO, PPC, and Paid Social campaigns. The right candidate will also oversee the general management of our company website, via the CMS.,

  • SEO Optimisation: Utilise your SEO prowess to enhance our online visibility and brand awareness, orchestrating strategies that boost our rankings and drive organic traffic.

  • PPC Campaign: You'll launch our first ever PPC campaigns that not only captivate but convert, ensuring optimal ROI, and fostering growth.

  • Paid Social Campaigns: We want someone to unleash the potential of paid social campaigns, creating ads that resonate with our audience, drive engagement, and raise our brand across the industry.

  • Analytics: We are looking for someone to dig deep into the data, pinpoint opportunities, A/B split test, and develop a SEO strategy to drive commercial growth.

  • Website Management: Review and evaluate the current website, and customer journey, utilising best practice to drive improvements and improve customer experiences., Please note, due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be onsite 2-3 days a week.

  • Flexibility will be expected during peaks of activity to ensure business objectives are met.

  • Any other reasonable duties, as requested by your Manager, to meet the changing needs of the business.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills to a high achieving academic standard

  • At least 1 year of experience in a website management role

  • Someone that grasps different customer journey's on the same site

  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress

  • Experience with Google Web tools: GA4 and Tag Manager

  • Basic understanding of web development languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms

  • Proven SEO experience and success

  • Creative thinking and ability to stay updated with industry trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Project management and organisational skills


  • Experience (Preferable):
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, computer science, or a related field


  • and/or
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Google Ads Certification, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification


  • Experience with CRO and UX including site development and idea generation

  • Strong understanding of web development languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms

  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends

  • Commercially minded and able to demonstrate ROI delivered

  • Ability to manage own and others workload in an agile way
