Waiting List Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as Waiting List Co-ordinator within our Cardiology Team at the Princess of Wales Hospital. This is a job share role, 15 hours per week. The successful candidate will work as part of a busy team providing administration and clerical support. You will be expected to liaise in a professional manner with patients, visitors, colleagues, and other agencies and undertake a wide spectrum of duties within the confines of the role. The post holder will act as a point of contact for the service and deal with queries efficiently and effectively.

Good organisational and communication skills are essential as well as a flexible approach to work. The successful candidate will be able to work in a challenging environment and have a sensitive, caring and non-judgemental attitude.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
