Full Job Description

  • Checking emails for travel requests

  • Booking flights on GDS system or airlines websites

  • Providing solutions to requests with alternatives and options for the client to choose

  • Calculating costs and charges, and quoting these accurately

  • Entering the booking into our in-house system, raising an invoice or collecting the payment on the credit card machine

  • Checking the diary for tasks that need to be completed or checked

    Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Team working, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 9-4/A-C) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 9-4/A

    Hallmark is located in East Grinstead, West Sussex, England. They are members of ABTA and they hold an IATA licence.
