Transport Handler

You will be taking inbound calls where time allows and will be responsible for dealing with that call and updating the system- allowing you to be exposed to all areas of the Transport Team! You will make outbound calls to liaise with our Depots, clients and other teams to schedule and arrange a courtesy car following an accident, you will confirm delivery and collection and ensure systems are kept up to date.

Between our high workload and office downtime, there is not a quiet moment in the transport team. As a person we are looking for a confident and eager individual that has strong communication skills and attention to detail, it is really important that your written communication skills are good and you are articulate.
