Full Job Description

The task at hand: The Transactions Team Leader is responsible for leading the Transactions team. Ensuring that invoices/credit notes are imported from the relevant billing platforms, imported into X3 and reconciled and ensuring that all receipts including direct debits and incentives/refunds are recorded accurately to strict deadlines and comply with company terms and conditions., Lead and motivate the team managing the transactions ledger function in line with company policies and procedures
- Ensuring that the ledger team are trained on processes and systems and there is adequate daily cover in the office to process post/ cheques
- Ensuring that Bank statements are reconciled efficiently
- Supporting good customer relationships by ensuring accurate and timely payments of their incentives made in accordance with the company overdue debt policy and that refunds are actioned in a timely manner
- Ensuring invoices are uploaded and reconciled in X3 and overseeing the processing of commissions
- Ensuring weekly and monthly deadlines are met, and any corrections required are made within the required time frames
- Managing staff monthly 1:1's and annual performance reviews
- Supporting ad hoc projects including migration of acquisitions

You have experience in Finance transactional departments
- You have outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- You are able to drive a team to ensure they contribute to the overall success of the organisation
- You can deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspires others to do the same
- You have a high level of commercial awareness and understand how your role and other roles impact the business
- You can take ownership and responsibility and you have excellent decision making skills
