Trainee Accountant

As a trainee accountant, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Preparing accounts for both Limited Companies and sole traders/partnerships


• Prepare basic tax computations for Limited Companies


• Record incoming information received from clients


• Correspond with clients responding to queries in a timely and concise manner


• General office administration tasks as necessary
  
  We are looking for an individual who is keen to develop a career in accountancy, whilst studying towards an ACCA qualification. Full training and study support will be provided to the successful candidate, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to embarking on a career in accountancy., In order to be successful, you must be eligible to commence training towards your ACCA qualification, which has minimum requirement of the following:


• 2 A-levels or equivalent


• 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades A-C (9-4) - must include Maths and English


In addition, the successful candidate should show the following qualities:

• A willingness to learn


• Good time-management


• Able to work within a team


• The ability to manage and prioritise your workload, A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
