Full Job Description

Sales and Relationship Management:

  • Maintain, develop, and establish valuable, sustainable trading relationships.

  • Professionally represent and deliver the company model and established values.

  • Achieve and exceed agreed budget sales and efficiency targets.

  • Apply business acumen and commercial approach to sales growth strategy.


  • Distribution and Merchandising:
  • Manage distribution, effective merchandising, and product placement in stores.

  • Introduce and deliver new channels of opportunity and distribution.


  • Time and Resource Management:
  • Effectively manage time and resources to maximize overall productivity.

  • Maintain excellent communication, admin, and paperwork for all sales and promotional activity.

  • Manage diary, appointments, and timekeeping within agreed daily journey plan.


  • Industry Knowledge and Competitive Intelligence:
  • Gather and communicate industry sector knowledge and competitive intel.

  • Occasionally attend exhibitions and trade shows where appropriate.

    Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales environment.

  • Full Clean Driving License.

  • Clear communicator with intuitive relationship management skills.

  • Driven, competitive, challenge-based approach.

  • Strong commercial awareness and integrity.

  • Flexible, adaptable approach within individual and team-based environments.

  • Proactive, solution-based mindset.

  • Self-motivated with an "eye of the owner" attitude and work ethic.

  • IT literate with strong analytical skills - Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Located centrally (ideally in Exeter or surrounding areas)., Retail sales: 1 year (required)

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
