Full Job Description
Sales and Relationship Management:
- Maintain, develop, and establish valuable, sustainable trading relationships.
- Professionally represent and deliver the company model and established values.
- Achieve and exceed agreed budget sales and efficiency targets.
- Apply business acumen and commercial approach to sales growth strategy.
- Manage distribution, effective merchandising, and product placement in stores.
- Introduce and deliver new channels of opportunity and distribution.
- Effectively manage time and resources to maximize overall productivity.
- Maintain excellent communication, admin, and paperwork for all sales and promotional activity.
- Manage diary, appointments, and timekeeping within agreed daily journey plan.
- Gather and communicate industry sector knowledge and competitive intel.
- Occasionally attend exhibitions and trade shows where appropriate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales environment. - Full Clean Driving License.
- Clear communicator with intuitive relationship management skills.
- Driven, competitive, challenge-based approach.
- Strong commercial awareness and integrity.
- Flexible, adaptable approach within individual and team-based environments.
- Proactive, solution-based mindset.
- Self-motivated with an "eye of the owner" attitude and work ethic.
- IT literate with strong analytical skills - Microsoft Office Suite.
- Located centrally (ideally in Exeter or surrounding areas)., Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
