About the Position

Working Hours : Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Term Time

Salary: £11.44 per hour

This role involves providing support for individuals or small groups of pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for them to develop academically, creatively, socially and emotionally. You will be responsible for preparing and organising additional educational materials and resources and encouraging pupils to actively participate in lessons and engage in activities.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential).

  • Further qualifications regarding child protection and SEN.

  • An ability to devise and implement a range of strategies to support learning and enjoyment of learning.

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

  • The ability to inspire confidence and be a positive role model.
