Full Job Description

  • Identify and collate vacancies and recruitment needs for self-employed clinical roles.

  • Manage day-to-day recruitment resources including job boards, social media, agencies, and internal promotion channels.

  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to effectively market hard-to-fill roles.

  • Screen and shortlist candidates, and arrange and support interviews.

  • Provide accurate self-employed contracts for new and existing clinicians.

  • Ensure timely onboarding for all self-employed roles in alignment with the candidate's recruitment journey.

  • Establish clear recruitment processes, continuously improving them to comply with current legislation.

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Actively contribute to the People & Culture team, promoting Riverdale's brand and values.

  • Ensure all recruitment processes are fair, objective, and merit-based, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or disability, coaching managers to achieve this.

    Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar recruitment role, particularly with hard-to-fill clinical roles.

  • Knowledge of employment law, self-employed contracts and IR35

  • Knowledge and experience of working with overseas candidates and visa sponsorships

  • Excellent communication, strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media channels.

  • Valid driving license with a willingness to travel occasionally.
