Full Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Working with everyone. It is crucial that as a member of the talent acquisition team, you build strong relationships across the business with stakeholders and team members. An in depth understanding of each function's team culture and skills will ensure you source and hire the best people, to form diverse and productive teams.

  • Identify the most effective resources for each requirement including but not limited to Social Media, Job sites, referrals, headhunting, internal database, internet databases, careers fairs and event networking.

  • Conducting first stage interviews and managing the interview process through to offer.

  • Ensure euNetworks is positively represented by creating a welcoming, efficient and informative hiring process for candidates.

  • Working on ad-hoc projects such as Early Careers, agency selection and terms, social media content for employee branding.

  • Maintaining an organised and compliant Applicant Tracking System to ensure the recruitment process is smooth and efficient. To include regular functional reviews and improvements.

  • Adhering to DEI policy and process to continue budling euNetworks inclusive work environment.

    Talent acquisition experience; either as an external recruitment consultant or an internal talent acquisition role.

  • Experience pro-actively sourcing passive candidates.

  • Knowledge of various job sites and resources for active candidates.

  • An interest in building relationships across a variety of business functions and geographies.

  • Experience interviewing for technical positions is an advantage but not essential.

  • Written and spoken German is preferred.

    Working Hours: This is a permanent role for 24 hours per week. Within these 24hours, 4 hours will need to be on a Friday and one day in London. Other days and hours are flexible.
