Support Worker

We're looking for Support Workers in Llandudno Junction, as a Support Worker with Care Quality Services you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support that you provide.

You will be supporting people who have a learning and / or a physical disability with their day to day lives; enabling them to maintain their independence through ACTIVE SUPPORT with each individual.

The role may include elements of personal care. Part or full time hours are available and you will be required to work alternate weekends.
