Full Job Description

  • A background in Mental Health is preferred however, all training will be provided.

  • You will have a positive attitude and be highly motivated with the ability to encourage the people we support.

  • Parkside Lodge is a small residential service based in Bensham close to Gateshead City Centre. Providing specialised support to 10 adults with mental health needs.
    What you'll be doing:
  • Providing personal care.

  • Support with 1:1 hours.

  • The purpose of our service is to demonstrate outcomes for the people we support. We work to maximise their potential and build on their daily living skills with the aim to live independently reducing the need of mental health services.

  • Waking nights may be required.
