Full Job Description

+ Plan own day to day tasks and duties.
+ Undertake routine typing and audio typing of clinical correspondence.
+ Prioritise results, organise clinical activity and patient admissions.
+ Liaise with patients, General Practitioners and other Health Boards/Trusts to arrange ongoing treatment and care.

The Medicine Clinical Service Group are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Support Medical Secretary to support the Dermatology Service.
The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative within a team and demonstrate excellent typing , flexibility, communication and organisational skills. The post holder must be IT literate and it would be an advantage if the post holder was familiar with NHS information systems such as WPAS (Myrddin)., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
