Solar Panel Installer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panels and related equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor and technical knowledge. Duties: - Assist with the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties - Perform site assessments to determine optimal panel placement - Dig trenches and install conduit for electrical wiring - Mount solar panels on roofs or other structures using power tools - Connect panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and functionality - Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to identify and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities Experience: - Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required - Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring principles -
