Full Job Description
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster a positive brand image
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Leverage social media advertising to enhance brand visibility and reach
- Analyze engagement metrics to refine and adapt strategy for optimal results
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills:
- Public relations: Experience in managing public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis management.
- Social media management: Proficiency in managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.,
- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
Adventurize is looking for a passionate social media marketer to join our content and marketing team. The position will see you taking control of the social media accounts of our two exciting brands: Adventure Bike Rider and Wired For Adventure. With a combined following of over 500,000 people, we're looking for someone who can nurture our existing audience and continue to build it.
We currently operate across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, though we are looking to diversify into other relevant social media channels (such as TikTok) where appropriate.
