Full Job Description

We have the exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, ever-growing business as Social Media and Influencer Manager, championing our UK Joma Jewellery and US A Littles & Co brands.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will make an impact by driving exponential growth, developing creative engagement strategies and the management of our social channels and ambassador program.

You will live and breathe social and are an expert in emerging trends, while keeping your feet firmly rooted in our target audience's world. Always combining strategic thinking with creative flair, the Social Media and Influencer Manager is a cross-function and crucial role for all our brand marketing activations, from global campaigns to local tactics and conversation drivers.

You will continually refine our social media strategy as the brands continue to grow, including best practice tactics to meet ambitious growth targets and drive brand equity.

This is a hybrid role meaning you'll be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire 3 days a week on average, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs. Due to the nature of social media, there will be ad-hoc requirements to work during weekends and evenings

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Improving social reporting within the business to ensure we are highlighting and sharing the key figures that represent our successes and key learnings, including implementing more robust month on month reporting to better demonstrate long- and short-term achievements

  • Overseeing the management of all social channels across our brands, driving continuous growth, reach and engagement to achieve forecasted KPI's (with focus on Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook)

  • Driving and overseeing the social media calendars and plans for our brands, ensuring we're taking a strategic approach to all social content, including how we amplify brand campaigns and stories as well as driving UGC and encouraging audience interactivity

  • Leading and developing targeted large scale and social media growth campaigns with the wider brand team, working with regional teams to execute for maximum impact

  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure consistencies of content across organic and paid platforms, ensuring paid campaigns align with and reinforce organic assets and messaging

  • Being the authoritative voice on social media within the business and stay up to date with new social tools and functions, upcoming social networks and platforms and content trends

  • As the business continues to grow internationally, help define and shape the international social media strategy, guiding how we execute multi-territory content and activations

  • Managing social media and influencer budgets, ensuring budget is spent effectively across key trade moments, always-on and influencer-led campaigns. Working closely with the Paid Digital Marketing team in deploying social media budget to boost best performing content with paid spend, reporting on results


  • Content:
  • Collaborating and working with the Brand Marketing and in-house Creative teams to brief content for all social platforms, encouraging a social first approach


  • Regularly creating organic content for social channels, including Instagram Reels and TikTok content

  • Attending events and photoshoots to produce inspiring content to drive brand interest and engagement

  • Collaborating with the Senior Brand Copywriter on social copy needs, ensuring engaging copy for social media posts, in the brand tone of voice


  • Community & Influencer:
  • Leading on the development and continuous growth of our global Brand Ambassador Program, to ultimately drive social following, engagement, brand awareness and commercial performance


  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term partnerships with celebrities and influencers, whilst ensuring continued research into new influencers

  • Working with the wider Brand Marketing team to suggest and support with strategic brand partnerships that drive brand awareness, social growth and engagement Working with Senior US Brand Manager to identify and recruit suitable influencers, brand partners and content creators in-line with global marketing goals



  • Strong background and experience in social media and influencer marketing, including experience of managing a global platform, UK and US would be preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail, both creatively and numerically

  • Creative flair and a passion for social media and content creation

  • Ability to think global, while acting local

  • Self motivated with excellent planning and organisation skills, managing calendars and campaign presentations

  • Happy to work flexibly and with the ability to learn quickly and multi task

  • Previous experience with line management

  • A salary of £37,000 - £45,000 DOE

  • 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
