Full Job Description
The contract is a prestigious listed building and as well as demonstrable experience as a Number 1 Site Manager / Project Manager, you should also have experience in working with listed buildings / heritage.
You should be thorough, quality focussed, have a high level of health & safety awareness, be diligent, organised and methodical.
The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple contractors of different works streams at different locations around site is required.
CSCS Card, SMSTS, 4 Day first aid, Asbestos Awareness are all mandatory.
Scaffold inspector, Temporary works coordinator, Appointed Person are all desirable but not essential.
