We are recruiting for a new Site Caretaker for the Woodbrooke Centre in Selly Oak. As Site Caretaker you will be responsible for ensuring that The Woodbrooke Centre is maintained to a high standard, is routinely inspected, complies with Health and Safety Polices and is secure.

Job Profile

The Woodbroke Centre is a 10 acre site forming part of the Bournville Estate and the buildings will be occupied by a range of commercial, office, meeting and residential users.

You will be an integral part of the team responsible for the management of the Woodbrooke Centre ensuring that it is operated effectively and efficiently. This role will see you create successful partnerships and collaborative working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. As a key member of the Team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a highly regarded Commercial Property Service.

  • You will have the ability to work within recognised procedures and adept at communicating with a range of stakeholders.

  • You will be well organised, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
