Full Job Description
- You will be involved in all production and installation aspects of the business offering a varied role.
- Sign making, using a wide range of substrates including ACM, Acrylics, Metals, Wood, Vinyl and Foam PVC, etc.
- Reading briefs accurately with a good understanding of the different types of signage and manufacturing techniques.
- You will be capable to handle heavy and awkward shape materials and be confident working at height off ladders, scaffolding and access lifts.
- Using power tools and various machinery.
- Installation of different types of signs from flat panels, trays, post mounted to illuminated built up letters etc.
- Installation of vehicle graphics / wall / window graphics.
- Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are understood and followed to the highest level.
- Understanding of Health and Safety at work/height.
- Excellent standard of customer service.
Excellent sign making and product knowledge across a wide range of materials and processes. - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be comfortable working at heights using various access equipment.
- Confident with the use of power tools and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail, motivated and a keen eye for detail.
- A positive attitude and being a skilled problem solver is essential.
- Be able to work within a small team or by yourself.
- IPAF / PASMA / CSCS accreditations are desirable.

Salary: The salary offered will be comparative with the candidate's experience., Working Hours: Permanent, full-time position - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (with occasional need to be flexible to work outside these hours if required)., Access to our online learning system offering personal development opportunities - 21 days annual leave (plus all bank holidays)
