Full Job Description
The Service Manager (adult engagement and intervention lead) will, alongside the Head of Service, lead in the delivery of the Cwm Taf and Bridgend services as part of an integrated service across Cwm Taf Morgannwg.
They will oversee the day-to-day operation of the service and general coordination of service components and activity.
The Service Manager (adult engagement and intervention lead) will oversee the adult engagement, outreach, Violence and active treatment strands of the service.
This postholder will work closely with the Head of Service and the Service Manager with lead responsibility for prevention, campaigns and Choices (Children and Young Person's service).
