Service and Installation Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service and Installation Technician to join our team, who enjoys diversity in their working week.
As a Service and Installation technician you will get the chance to travel across the country, meeting customers and installing equipment. You'll be inquisitive and a creative thinker, with technical ability and hands-on approach to be able to propose, service, prepare and install Air Quality equipment on customers sites and be able to demonstrate the products to the customers. You will also provide technical support the customers with fault finding and applications of the systems, commissioning and servicing in the correct manner.
Working alongside colleagues, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes.

To succeed as a Service and Installation Technician you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

• Have a technical background relative to ventilation, filtration, air management or HVAC equipment or rental sectors.


• Able to work as part of a Team, supporting colleagues


• Flexible and self-motivated, you will be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home


• Be able to translate technical jargon so that people can understand it whilst managing and interpreting customer requirements.


• Supporting clients who could benefit from our products. Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers


• Great communication skills - both verbal and written


• Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service


• Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy


• A valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
