Full Job Description

The Sr. TA Partner will play a critical role in executing candidate identification and screening strategies for senior level searches. The Sr. TA Partner will closely partner with our Executive Search Lead to proactively identify top talent for specific functional area searches with a global remit. The right candidate will also lead full life-cycle searches as appropriate. This is a fast paced, high impact role that will involve translating executive level initiatives into strategic talent strategies.   • Partner with Executive Search Lead to proactively build talent pipelines and create efficient enterprise wide sourcing strategies.

  • Initiate proactive and just in time candidate sourcing through internet searches, our CRM (Beamery), LinkedIN, job boards and our Workday ATS.

  • Create/update progress reports to be presented to executive leadership.

  • Responsible for research process to map target companies and identify talent for critical positions.

  • Review applications and reach out to top candidates to begin the recruiting process.

  • Conduct outreach efforts and pre-screens with targeted talent.

  • Create pipelines/pools in our CRM (Beamery) while ensuring all candidate data is captured and tracked.

  • Capture data and track search progress in various platforms, ensuring accuracy and applicable follow up as required.

  • Partner with hiring manager to identify roles in interview and selection process.

  • Prepare and negotiate job offers and relocation where applicable.

  • Be committed to executing process and communications, ensuring adherence to established Company standards and regulatory requirements.

    Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in a large matrixed organization in a multi-functional role.

  • Undergraduate degree required, emphasis in business/HR preferred.

  • Proven track record in sourcing, cold calling, relationship building and networking resulting in successful placements and retention.

  • Expertise required in SEO, name generation, social networking and passive candidate engagement.

  • Prior experience developing intelligence such as competitor maps, talent market landscapes and pipeline analytics preferred.

  • Experience recruiting within corporate functions preferred.

  • Proven ability to cultivate successful relationships with business partners and team members in both in-person & virtual capacity.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment and in possession of a good sense of humour, and high EQ.

  • Results driven, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics.

  • Willingness to take ownership, to challenge assumptions

  • Proven ability to utilise market intelligence to the advantage of Baxter
