Full Job Description
- Diagnose complex symptoms across the whole range of vehicle systems, as well as routine service & repairs
- Ensure quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time
- Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues & sell-up opportunities
- Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress
- Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training including EV
- Assist and coach your colleagues with technical assistance
- Maintain a clean & safe work bay
If you're a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician, with diagnostic experience and a minimum of 5 years in car servicing, maintenance and diagnostics, we'd love to speak to you!, Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent - 5 years minimum experience
- Experience at a Diagnostic level
- Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
- Car servicing and repair experience in either a main dealership, independent garage or other car servicing company
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Have the passion and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
- Have an honest and diligent approach to work
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential

- Plus bonus opportunities of up to £500 per month
