Senior Operational Excellence Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and assist in driving our Operational Excellence (OpEx) roadmap throughout the business by getting their hands on in the roll out of the OpEx systems across our Hull site.
You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the OpEx Roadmap through deployment, development and training of the Systems and Culture across the factory.
Do you have a background in continuous improvement and want to continue your experience in manufacturing environments in a hands on role, with demonstrated experience in SMED, VSM/VSD, 5S, Kaizen Workshop Facilitation, KPI rollout and Change Management?
What does success look like?
Our successful candidate will be within a manufacturing environment in a continuous improvement related role. They will have experience in things like Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Problem Solving and Managing Change, as well as being hands-on, data-driven, analytical, and have a passion for operational excellence.
