As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll collaborate with the Marketing Director and sales team to produce cutting-edge internal and external marketing collateral, with a special focus on the digital landscape.

The company operate within the scientific sector providing products and services to a range of laboratories, spanning several sectors such a biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, environmental, life sciences and more.

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Craft compelling marketing campaigns, enhancing the brand's presence.


• Elevate daily social media engagement.


• Invigorate the website through impactful updates


• Work within budget constraints, delivering a mix of captivating campaign materials.


• Develop a deep understanding of effective B2B marketing for our industry and apply innovative concepts.


• Contribute to marketing plans that drive tangible results for our business, enhancing brand reputation and market position.


• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to shape and refine our marketing strategy.


• Efficiently manage your workload, prioritising projects to meet deadlines.
  
  A digital or traditional marketing qualification or significant experience. Alternatively, a chemistry (or similar) degree coupled with proven marketing experience.


• A keen creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense.


• Knowledge and experience of B2B marketing.


• Demonstrable experience working across various platforms


• Good knowledge of email marketing (with experience in Zoho or Hubspot considered an advantage).


• Social media expertise, with knowledge/experience in Hootsuite considered advantageous.


• Previous experience in the scientific industry is a plus.
