Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Are you passionate about designing, supporting, and maintaining cutting-edge IT infrastructure? We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to take charge of our IT estate, providing top-notch support and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer service and user experiences.,

• Design and implement robust infrastructure systems based on company requirements.


• Act as an escalation point and mentor for all IT staff, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and escalated incidents.


• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.


• Manage, deploy, and support virtual servers, Entra-ID, Intune, and virtual networks.


• Maintain user accounts, configure systems, and install infrastructure hardware and software.


• Provide remote and on-site technical support as needed.


• Collaborate with various departments to align IT with strategic business objectives.


• Implement disaster recovery plans and monitor backups and restores.
  
  Education: A-Level or HND in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.


• Proven experience supporting robust hardware and software technology infrastructure.


• Experience in infrastructure design, particularly in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong IT architecture design skills.


• Proficient in IT vendor management and network administration.


• Knowledge of various operating systems, system security, and data protection.


• Familiarity with TBM (Technology Business Management) framework principles.


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
