Collaborate with senior stakeholders holders and leadership teams to ensure a strong, precise controls environment is in place, further enhancing process documentation across the finance function

Oversee the finance operation, with a strong focus in supporting Media Agencies with financial reporting including variance analysis, commentary and intercompany reporting

Lead in the review and development of the Balance Sheet, ensuring Balance Sheet's are reconciled and reported accurately from Group Finance to Senior Stakeholders

Be the Finance lead for internal and external audits, leading on the Group Audit, Interim and Statutory audit process ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX

Partner with the Finance Director to further enhance and automate finance procedures as well as being involved with ad-hoc project work

ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with experience in Audit from a big 4 or top 10 accounting practice and multiple years of industry experience

Must have experience working for a large US listed business or FTSE organisation

Ability to work under complex environments, working towards strict deadlines and strong attention to detail.

Experience within Media/Advertising is highly desirable
