Full Job Description

As Senior E-Commerce Executive, you will be joining the Digital Acceleration Team, within No7 Beauty Company, to deliver a personalised digital experience. You will be key in supporting the delivery of the commercial plan through the execution of the on-site promotional strategy, right first time launches & best in class digital merchandising for lizearle.com

You will be required to work cross functionally with local & global teams to ensure we land a plan that will deliver against the commercial targets & KPI's, driving growth for the brand website.
This is an exciting high profile, fast paced role and requires someone who is motivated, tenacious and can communicate clearly about all aspects related to the commercial plan.,

  • Support with the ownership of the online plan, including the day to day management and tracking to deliver financial targets.

  • Support all our commercial processes, adopting a best practise, right first-time mentality, whilst having the ability to adapt to changes where necessary.

  • Ensure all the brands products are set up and optimised, identifying areas of opportunity and supporting key business objectives. Point of contact for systems

  • Support the ecommerce manager in day to day relationships with Operations and Demand team, ensuring commercial plan readiness from stock allocation perspective

  • Work alongside IT team to implement digital initiatives and roadmap

  • Manage the day to day promotions set-up on the website

  • Support sales through digital merchandising improvements, working with stakeholders to improve the online customer journey

  • You will demonstrate excellence in execution and ongoing analysis of the plan to improve commercial return.

  • Required to cascade performance reviews, strategic updates and business priorities to both the wider team and senior stakeholders through concise, clear communications.

  • You have a good understanding of both the beauty and digital industry, using this knowledge and category insight to improve commercial and strategic plans.

    Strong commercial acumen; with the ability to interpret and analyse financial information, presenting back to others in a clear, understandable and concise way.

  • Demonstrate excellence in the execution and attention to detail.

  • Experience with CMS management, preferably SFCC

  • Experience with Jira and Adobe stack is preferable

  • Interest in Beauty and the world of digital.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team player whilst having the ability to work autonomously.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels, geographies and functions with a cross functional team.
