SENCO

As a SENCo you will lead, monitor, and evaluate the development of teaching and learning strategies for pupils with SEND. You will also need to provide staff across the whole school with access to appropriate subject-based professional development and lead on raising standards of attainment and achievement with SEND pupils in all year groups.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone inspirational, dedicated, and motivated to become a SENCo here at The Priory CE Primary School., You will need to have experience working with children and have QTS. You must either possess the Postgraduate NASENCO Award or be willing to undertake training to achieve this within 3 years in the post. In addition, you will need to demonstrate a track record in raising standards, be a creative thinker who can inspire and motivate children, and be committed to working in partnership with the whole community, including the church.
