Self Employed Builder and / or Roofer

We are looking for a self employed builder and/ or roofer to complete repairs and improvements in our managed properties. Work would mainly be based in Cathays / Roath, close to our offices with occasional work in other areas within Cardiff. You'd be required to collect keys from us, arrange attendance times with our tenants and provide invoices for completed jobs. We'll be on hand to provide support with this where needed!

This would be suited to someone who already works on a self employed basis, or a retired tradesperson who is looking for some part time work.

As you will be in control of when you carry out the repairs, the role can be structured around any other commitments.

Works will typically include carry out investigations, provide written quotes, replacing and repairing different types of roofs, chimney, gutters, fascia's, plastering, HMO requirements such as fire boarding etc, so your own tools and transport will be necessary!
