Full Job Description

Key Purpose: To support the Sales Director and ecommerce team in growing, managing & developing the numerous sales channels of this fast growing company within UK and Ireland. Cleva are a manufacturer of Vacmaster household & commercial vacuum cleaners, and of LawnMaster garden power products.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our talented team at our Gosforth office. As our range of Vacmaster and LawnMaster products increase and through increased sales from 3rd party websites & retailers, including Argos, Amazon, B&Q and The Range (amongst others), an opportunity has arisen to join our sales team. This will be an ideal opportunity for a Sales Executive wanting to move to the next level of their sales career.

Responsibilities

· Grow commercial relationships, deliver regular new business and identify new leads & opportunities.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Account management for our customers including retailers, marketplaces and distributors.

· Presenting new product ranges to obtain sales orders and add value.

· Understand and analyse new market trends and competitor activity, to ensure Vacmaster & LawnMaster stay ahead in the industry.

· Managing existing marketplaces including

o Approving and declining Purchase Orders from customers based on current stock levels, and then processing these orders through our systems.

o Maintain records and to approve all funding claims from our 3rd party websites & liaising with the accounts team with these claims.

o Liaising with the Marketing team on managing the day to day listings of our Vacmaster & LawnMaster products on 3rd party websites. This will include creating, amending and removing listings from these websites & marketplaces.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials to support these channels.

· Monitor inventory levels and liaising with our logistics partners about any reported missing deliveries, late deliveries or penalties from our 3rd party websites

· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and finance.

· Communicate effectively to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

· Supporting the Sales Director with Direct Import and Domestic accounts.

· General administration and ad hoc duties as required, including supporting all of the Sales and Ecommerce team

· Be self-motivated with a desire to learn

· High attention to detail

· Have good IT skills, with experience using Excel

· Have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

· Be well organised and give attention to detail when performing tasks
