Full Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives across various regions.

  • Handle digital sales inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service.

  • If necessary, conduct sales calls to foster leads and close sales.

  • Monitor team performance, providing ongoing training and support to ensure team goals are met.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements.

    We are searching for a dynamic Sales Manager to build and lead our sales department. This role requires an individual who can manage our digital sales inquiriesn and build a robust team of door-to-door canvassers. The ideal candidate will be a blend of hands-on sales skills and strategic leadership abilities to steer our sales operations across the UK., Proven experience as a sales manager or a similar leadership role in sales.

  • Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Proficient in CRM software.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
