If you're those 3 things, this is the role for you. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You'll work closely with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to support them to fully utilise their product. As well as having retention conversations where needed. This will be achieved through a structured multi-channel contact strategy coupled with a Customer Success Programme.

Your day-to-day:

As one of our Sage experts you will speak to our customers every day and be responsible for developing strong relationships. The pace is fast, and it will be up to you to get to know their business and recommend additional products or services, maximising the value and ensuring they get the most from their subscription.

You'll join our Sales team, selling through a consultative approach, identifying needs and making the right recommendations which suits our customers needs. You will need to demonstrate our values whilst having the customer at the centre of everything you do. Identifying needs and presenting solutions to customers, discussing subscriptions and prices, adding value, and retaining customers.

  • Excellent sales skills with experience in retention preferred

  • Proven experience in a Sales role, working to KPIs with strong skills as an influencer, communicator, relationship builder and networker

  • Familiarity with operating customer service software/programmes

  • Good objection handling and conflict resolution skills
