Full Job Description

Our Sales Coordinators play a pivotal role in our corporate sales strategy for a range of UK branded hotel properties. The role is part of a team based from our Commercial Hub in Crick (NN6 7XR) with travel to sites when required.

Sales Coordinators responsibilities include:

  • collaborating with Area General Managers and on-site teams to ensure that we are maximising all sales and revenue opportunities across the portfolio

  • researching new pipeline business across all locations

  • managing the sales cycle from initial enquiry through to conversion and hand over to the hotel operations team

  • proactively driving enquiry and conversion levels within the corporate segment across online and offline channels

  • delivering training to on-site teams to keep a high level of performance

  • ensuring hotels are utilising all of our services, facilities and special promotions


  • What you'll bring to the team

    A keen eye for detail, prioritisation skills and a passion for keeping up-to-date with market and competitor trends. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with ability and to speak to all levels of an organisation.

    If you've worked in a customer service centre before, that's great. And if you're good at making deals and selling products, that's even better!
