Full Job Description

Working closely with the management team you will be the link between the Company and its clients. Engaging with and supporting the clients (mostly already existing) by providing an exceptional customer service.

Other responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities around project quoting, order support & accuracy, and ensuring proper sales recognition after order submission. The focus of the role is to limit the administrative burden on sellers while enabling sales to focus on customer facing/revenue generating activities; Perform administrative changes to internal quoting systems and assist Sales Team in preparing quotes for bids; Manage and track quotes/orders through to order submission into delivery; Making follow up with clients regarding potential projects and orders; Provide customer support on customer complaints and technical issues, resolving in an efficient and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in working with manufacturers of products (not services) as a sales co-ordinator - competent in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word & Excel) ; Strong multitasking sense; Keen sensitivity to incoming and outgoing supply needs ; Customer focus at heart with a positive and friendly 'can do' attitude; Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new systems; Ability to develop knowledge and applying new skills; High commitment to focus and detail orientation; Proficient oral and written communication skills
