Full Job Description

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting the day to day running of the business. They will also be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining the day to day commercial, visual and operational expectations set by the Retail Manager. They must have a genuine passion for the brand and believe in putting the customer at heart at everything they do; ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish., Commercial

  • Assisting the manager and supervisor by giving feedback on risks and opportunities on a daily basis by reviewing sales figures and looking out for trends in customer buying behaviour

  • Be confident in putting forward suggestions and new ideas to keep our brand offer exciting

  • Able to follow a clear goals and objectives to drive all store KPI's

  • Embrace multi channel development by driving in store web sales as well as in store sales

  • Be able to promote our unique offer of Hand stamped jewellery by attending training to learn this as a new skill

  • To assist in launching store promotional sales and activities


  • Operations
  • Able to carry out cash handling till transactions, including sales, refunds, exchanges, and end of day register closures

  • Adhering to all health and safety requirements as well as all company policies

  • Responsible for driving low stock loss and markdown by following a robust stock loss action plan

  • Assisting in the efficient operation of stock management; including stock replenishment, stock levels, receiving/processing delivery and stock room layout

  • To follow all store processes and procedures as well as carrying out any other duties that may be required by the Company from time to time.


  • Visual
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at all times by adhering to company VM guidelines

  • Contribute ideas and feedback to the manager and supervisor to challenge the commerciality of merchandised products

  • Support the retail manager and supervisor by identifying store specific visual opportunities and creative solutions

  • Assist in organising and implementing special promotions, displays and events

  • Maintaining the hygiene standards of the store; assisting in the daily cleaning of customer touch points and back of house areas


  • Team Development
  • Assist the supervisor with training and development of the store team, including shop processes and hand stamping

  • Embrace a learning culture by delivering consistent communication, through regular feedback to the supervisor and manager

  • Be aware of the wellbeing of your colleagues and customers alike, to help create an environment where there is a sense of belonging, care and honesty
