Full Job Description

The successful candidate should, already have some experience within this type of role. They will be responsible mainly for assisting our sales team and relaying the correct info to the despatch.,

  • Have already acquired some experience within an administration role.

  • Manage customer orders through the full process including data entry & relevant paperwork.

  • Updating records along with invoicing and reporting.

  • Communicating with all departments

  • Stock control and operational use of our Sage 200 System

  • Checking & auditing performance

  • Promoting our company by being a brand ambassador.

  • Constantly having a Great working relationship with all our team & customers.

  • Follow through with our QMS & ISO standards

  • Capable of solving issues using own process initiative

  • Reporting all activity and progress to Managers & Company Directors.

    The position available is in our sales administration team. We are actively recruiting candidate's, who can work within an administration team role coordinating & completing tasks correctly with attention to detail., Passionate about offering great level of service to our customers.

  • Understanding within sales to industry.

  • Basic knowledge of using a PC and MS Office Suite and other technologies.

  • Previous use of ERP & accounting software preferably Sage 200

  • Willingness to learn to use our applications & programs.

  • Great communication skills.
