Salaried GP

We are looking for a salaried GP for part time, 1 to 2 sessions on a Friday to join our team. We have split sessions in the morning half face to face and half triage. In the afternoon we have triage appointments but this is negotiable., The post holder will undertake a variety of duties, including surgery/telephone consultations and queries, home visits, signing prescriptions and dealing with queries in a timely fashion. Compiling and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions. Prescribing in accordance with the practice prescribing formulary. The post-holder will be expected to undertakes all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care

We are actively engaged in cluster working (Cardiff and South East Cluster ) and through cluster development and innovation our practice positively benefits from additional clinical support from a cluster pharmacist who manages all medication reviews. We are also a training practice for gp registrars and medical students.
