Retail Assistant, WHSmith, Middlesbrough Railway Station

We're looking for personnel with an enthusiastic and friendly manner, who can communicate confidently with the team and all customers. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, be willing to learn and ideally have experience of working in a customer facing environment. You will need to have an eye for detail and excellent merchandising skills.

You'll be passionate about customer service, have an understanding of Food Hygiene & H&S Regulations.,

  You'll be delivering the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service. You'll be making and serving drinks, preparing food operating the till, maintaining stock levels, and demonstrating your product knowledge to customers by advising and making suggestions.
  
  Opening Times: Mon to Sat: 6.30am - 6.30pm, Sun: 10.00am - 4.00pm


Pay Rate - 18+ £8.60, 21+ £11.44, 23+ £11.44 per hour

Must be 18 or over due to sale of alcohol
