Full Job Description

As one of our Restaurant Team Leaders, your role will include providing pristine customer service, along with supporting the management team and mentoring our restaurant customer advisors, ensuring all our customers get the best service in our restaurants. You will do this by:

  • Supporting and coaching other members of staff and deputising for management in their absence.

  • Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the restaurant

  • You will work alongside the team ensuring staff efficiency, covering all stations effectively and ensuring a high level of service is being offered to our customers by all staff.?

  • Driving sales through customer interactions alongside selling the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.

  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to the Restaurant Operational procedures are kept, monitoring standards, and ensuring the team follow company guidelines - health & safety; food hygiene and Cooksafe.

  • Offering a helping hand with customer queries through high-quality product knowledge as well as allergies and dietary requirements.

  • Working with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.

  • Some keyholder responsibilities may be required.

    You have a passion for food and hospitality and for delivering a great customer experience, serving everyone with a smile.

  • Ideally, you have experience within a customer facing role, as well as a passion for hospitality.

  • Supervisory experience would be advantageous.

  • Hold a relevant food safety qualification would be an advantage however not essential as training will be provided.

  • You work well within a team, builds relationships, and have fun, whilst celebrating success.

  • You show up to work on time, well presented and bring your can do and hardworking attitude along with you.

  • You are eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.

  • You flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment.
