Full Job Description
- Manage & oversee twosupported living services (Sawbridgeworth & Royston)
- Inspire a culture of excellence, kindness, and transparency within the team.
- Ensure adherence to CQC standards, fostering an environment of safety and high-quality care
- Champion the development and implementation of personalised support plans that enhance service users' quality of life
- Foster strong relationships with service users, families, staff, and healthcare professionals, Be Part of Our VisionJoin us and contribute to a service where care, community, and commitment are woven into everything we do. Your leadership can make a tangible difference in the lives of those we support, guiding our team to achieve remarkable outcomes for our service users.
- Holding a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of management experience in a health & social care setting
- Embodying integrity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in care
- With a passion for finding creative solutions and improving care delivery
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships
