Full Job Description

You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled Nurse Managers and Nurses as well as Field Care Supervisors and Healthcare Community Support Workers.

The goal of a Registered Manager is to ensure the team's compliance with regulatory CQC standards and foster a culture of empathy, inclusion and professionalism.

This role is 37.5 per week, plus additional hours to meet the needs of the company and on-call duties.

  • Conduct team meetings, 121s, and performance reviews to optimise employee development and ensure high care standards.

  • Report, investigate, and communicate safeguarding concerns promptly to relevant authorities, implementing business-wide improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with client care plans and contingency plans alongside the Coordination Management Team.

  • Oversee clinical on-call duty, manage rota effectively, and provide urgent support to teams for client safety.

  • Maintain quality assurance systems, aligning with CQC quality statements, in collaboration with Quality and Governance and Senior Management.

  • Ensure all care services comply with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Lead the development and implementation of the clinical strategy while supporting digital care planning initiatives.

  • Maintain strong client and family relationships, conduct assessments and adapt care plans collaboratively and responsively to promote person-centred care while seeking and addressing feedback.

  • Implement crisis management plans within individualised care frameworks, providing leadership and support during challenging times for both client-specific and generic situations to our care and clinical teams.

  • Registered Nurse Qualification.

  • Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification in Social Care or

  • equivalent.
  • At least 12 months experience in a Registered Manager role.
